Fakka is developed by Ahmed Hesham Bekheat.
In the app
- Open Fakka and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Legal & Privacy → Delete account.
- Confirm by typing DELETE.
Your account is deleted straight away and you return to the sign-in screen.
Without the app
Email support@fakkaeg.com from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we will act on it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (the link to your Google or Apple account).
- All financial information synced to your account: income, spending, installments, loans, bills, gam'eya, savings, goals, price alerts, shop categories and scores.
- Bank-message transactions waiting in your inbox and your message-forwarding key.
- Your shop category votes and your Terms / Privacy acceptance records.
What may be kept
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups held by our hosting provider for up to [BACKUP RETENTION PERIOD] before being overwritten. Aggregated shop category suggestions that no longer identify you may remain. We keep nothing else, unless the law requires it.
